What can be built with Jeriko technology?
Jeriko can be used for any number of applications including commercial, residential, hotels, condos, cabanas, portable offices, relief housing, portable medical units, lifeguard stands, and much more.

What part of the process will the builder/developer be responsible for?
You are responsible for all permits, all site work including the foundation, rough in for plumbing and electrical As each house is an individual project we work with you to define responsibilities prior to the order being placed.

What part of the building process is the responsibility of Jeriko House?
We are responsible for the design, fabrication and delivery of the new home. Jeriko House provides drawings, in conjunction with your architect for permit application. Jeriko can also provide a construction consultant to work with your team.

How long does it take to build a Jeriko House?
Times vary based on the size of the house, its features and the site. However typically for a good size home delivery will take 6 months and construction will take 6 weeks. Smaller houses are normally built more quickly. Factors such as weather, etc. can affect construction time.

Who can build a Jeriko House?
Typically you will need a contractor for all foundation work. A plumber and electrician are required for the site work however for actual construction carpenters and craftsmen are not required. We are happy to work with your contractor or provide a list of contractors.

How many design choices can I choose from?

What is the cost of a Jeriko House?
With so many choices of floorplans and materials prices can vary widely. In addition the type of kitchen chosen, the size of the house, the number or bathrooms all determine the cost. In general houses cost from $250 to $400 per square foot.
