Realizing your Jeriko House is a process similar to that of both the fully custom home and prefabricated kit homes. The Jeriko House is technically a site-built custom package prefab home. You get the speed and ease of assembly of a kit home, the fit and finish of a fully prefabricated home, and the flexibility and freedom of options of a fully custom built home. It's like a built-on-demand personal computer. You choose the parts and features you want and the form they well be put into, we put the package together, and either you or a contractor put them together on-site. But as with any home, one must also deal with the processes of permitting and financing before your home can be built. Beginning with design, we can guide you step-by-step through the entire process of bringing your vision of the perfect home into reality.
