Design/Development

At this phase we consider your project, the site and goals to be sure that Jeriko House can meet your expectation.

Working with you and your architect, or ours, we do a basic layout for the house with inclusive features. Once the basic layout is done we will provide representative pricing for the project.

• Initial consultation to establish customer's criteria and design requirements. If applicable,
  we will review all topographical surveys, geo tech reports, soil reports and site plans.
• Develop your customized Jeriko House floor plan using the automated floor plan
  configurator or with assistance from your Jeriko House representative.
• Presentation of your custom floor plan with finishes, preliminary budget, and a proposal to develop your custom schematic design.
• Ten days after receipt of signed proposal and initial deposit, you will receive a preliminary schematic design package including 3D renderings, elevations, floor plans, square footage totals, finishes and a detailed cost analysis.
• Review all elements in the schematic design proposal and make any necessary changes.
• After all revisions are made, a hard copy of your schematic design will be sent to you with
  a design / development proposal.
